Galleon
The Austen Galleon is a family saloon rarely seen outside the security
of major cities. It can carry a family of four with their luggage in some
comfort, but cannot withstand a sustained firefight.
Galleon: Sedan, light chassis,
heavy suspension, medium power plant with superconductors, 4 PR tyres,
driver, gunner, 2 passengers, RR front, 2 linked SSs left and right, both

lbs., $8,510.

Fuegito
Two years ago, Stoic Autos introduced the Fuego. You loved the weapons.
You loved the flames. And you loved the price.
So we went one better. We designed the Fuegito. It’s smaller, it’s
just as powerful, and it’s even more cost effective.
Fuegito – a little fire goes a long way.
Fuegito: Sedan, extra-heavy
chassis, heavy suspension, large power plant with platinum catalysts,
4 steelbelted PR tyres, driver, 2 FTs linked back, linked to FOJ left,

Lackhart
The eponymous Lackhart has become the flagship model of the famous Midlands
company, showcasing its unique relationship with Resnick Labs. The two
lasers give this vehicle a serious punch, and it has emerged victorious
in many engagements. A common custom adjustment is to exchange the fire
extinguisher for a laser battery as a running battle can drastically limit
the Lackhart’s range.
Lackhart: Sedan, extra-heavy
chassis, heavy suspension, large power plant with platinum catalysts,
4 solid tyres, driver, turreted laser smart-linked to laser front, paint
discharger back, fire extinguisher, targeting computer. Sloped armour:
F40, B35, L30, R30, T30, U20. Accel. 5, top speed 90, HC 3. 6,070 lbs.,
$29,853.
Cargo capacity: 50 lbs., 2 spaces.
Lackhart Vim: Exchange fire extinguisher for laser battery
and five points of armour, 6,065 lbs., $30,152. Cargo capacity 55 lbs.,
2 spaces.
Energizer
The flagship model of Lackhart’s N series, the Energizer is referred
to within the company as the blockade runner. Designed by Rich Lackhart,
great-grandson of the original founder, and driven by him as the lead vehicle
in his courier outfit, it is a no-nonsense point vehicle in any convoy,
combining the serious firepower of a pair of lasers with 750 pounds of reinforced
steel ramplate. The best tactic against the Energiser is to get behind it
and stay there, but the car’s superior handling means that with a
half-decent driver, the Energizer is a very dangerous opponent.
If you see an Energizer in the vanguard of a midnight blue squadron, the
likelihood is that Lackhart himself will be at the wheel.
Energizer: Streamlined sedan,
extra-heavy chassis, heavy suspension, large power plant with superconductors,
4 solid tyres, driver, 2 lasers linked front, ABS, airdam, bumper trigger,
computer navigator, HD brakes, HD shocks, HRSWC, laser battery, LD radio,
safety seat, overdrive, spoiler. Sloped armour: F50 (ramplate), B20, L35,

$36,972.
Personal equipment: 26 lbs., 1 space
Energizer Basic: Remove ABS, computer navigator, HD brakes,
HD shocks, HRSWC, LD radio, safety seat. 6,049 lbs., $29,872.
Personal equipment: 71 lbs., 1 space.
Sedoa
The Sedoa harks back to a more peaceful age, where most cars were unarmed,
and design and styling were the hallmarks of a prestigious vehicle. Not
that this convertible is incapable of defending itself. Baden has squeezed
in a sports power plant, allowing the Sedoa driver to flee, or turn to face
his foe behind the safety of his 200lb ramplate.
This is a car for those who want to impress, no matter the cost.
Sedoa: Streamlined sedan,
extra-heavy chassis, heavy suspension, sports power plant with platinum
catalysts, 4 steelbelted radial solid tyres, driver, passenger, ABS, active
suspension, airdam, convertible hardtop, HD brakes, HD shocks, overdrive,
spoiler. Sloped armour: F45 (ramplate), B40, L35, R35, T10, U20, 4 10-point
wheelguards, 4 10-point wheelhubs. Accel. 10, top speed 140 (160 with overdrive),
HC 4. 6,078 lbs., $36,100.
Personal equipment: 42.5 lbs., 2 spaces. |
